Job Description: As a Reward / Remuneration & Job Evaluation Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Group's remuneration structure is equitable, competitive, and aligned with industry benchmarks. Also responsible for global mobility, leading the administration of global employment, international assignments and relocation in the countries in which Mediclinic operates. Job Responsibilities: Assigns appropriate salary linked to the grades or bands of different roles within the Group Researches compensation trends, benefits packages, and salary surveys to ensure the Group’s pay structure remains competitive and attractive to current and potential employees Ensures HR understands how and when jobs are evaluated, and the expectations of job profile quality Conducts job evaluations to determine the relative value of different roles within the Group Gathers market data and benchmarks salaries against industry standards and competitors Identifies grading anomalies within the Group Job Requirements: Compensation Analysis Attention to Detail Communication and Presentation Data Analysis Collaboration and Relationship Management
