Job Description: The successful candidate will be required to monitor, analyse, and report on the submission of relevant compliance documentation for short term insurance. Job Responsibilities: Ensure Records of advice are managed in line with legislation. Provide input to sales advice process and compliance governances related to this. Santam products (including Niche Business) Ensure adherence to Risk management policies, practices and processes (including reporting) To ensure compliance with related regulations and legislation (FAIS, FICA, money laundering etc.) Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years working experience or exposure to Personal Lines and Commercial Products in advice or intermediary role. Strong administration, systems, process orientation/background Regulatory Exam A short-term insurance related qualification would be preferred. Supervision and teaching of others would be highly advantageous most notably commercial Quality assurance experience advantageous
