Job Description: To this end, we are looking for an Executive Head: Credit and Risk Decision Science, who will be responsible for managing the customer onboarding journeys, underlying policies and all related credit risk modelling standards. Job Responsibilities: Extensive experience in PD, LGD and EAD modelling required. Support Financial Operations on an ongoing basis with modelling related to IFRS 9 and IFRS 15. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting on an ongoing basis to inform strategies aimed at producing better customer outcomes and deliver these through the creation of new rulesets / decision processes. Maintain and develop segmented credit risk models and decision processes to optimize acceptance rates within the agreed risk mandate / appetite and do so in a responsible manner. Support the structured finance / working capital transactions (as technical business owner) on an ongoing basis. Job Requirements: You have post-graduate qualifications in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Informatics / Engineering. Formal Business Analysis certification will be a plus. 5 - 10 yrs hands-on experience in technical business analysis deliverables. 5 – 10 yrs relevant experience in telecommunications and / or banking. Experience in data management / wrangling using the likes of SAS, SQL, Python, etc. 5 - 10 yrs hands-on experience in decision engine development / configuration.
