Job Description: This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial education and to achieve lending, servicing, transactional banking and insurance sales targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual and its products. Job Responsibilities: Suspend or reject loan applications to be re-quoted as and when required Explain Terms and Conditions of Old Mutual Finance Products to clients Check loan application documentation for accuracy, authenticity and compliance to Policy and Procedures as well as completeness Print loan agreement for client’s signature Correct altered loan application information sent for rework and reprint for client’s signature Accurately capture all client information on Summit as per loan application and supporting documentation Issue copy of Contract / Agreement to Client Explain the Loan Application Process to facilitate client understanding of the process Report suspicious or fraudulent loan application documents to the Branch Manager Job Requirements: Ability to Sell, Communication, Company Policies, Credit Policies, Customer Centric Selling, Digital Savvy, Interpersonal Relationship Management, Numeracy, Sales Minimum of 1 years sales or service experience (preferably in the Retail, Banking & Financial Industries) National Certification (Nat Cert) (Required) National Senior Certificate or; (Equivalent NQF level 4)
