Job Description: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession and Development, Compensation and Learning; to align with the organization's HR processes and requirements. Job Responsibilities: Manage and monitor integrations between SAP SF modules, Replication to SAP ECC and other third-party systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement, solution optimization and adoption within the SAP SuccessFactors environment by evaluating Opt-ins and Opt-outs. Utilize your understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices to the team. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to ensure solution stability and reliability. Configure, and customize SAP SuccessFactors to align with HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Configure and maintain Foundation objects, Workflows, Business Rules, Metadata framework, Picklist, Role based permissions and Report Stories. Ensure successful execution of SAP SuccessFactors release upgrades, including testing. Job Requirements: SAP SuccessFactors certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors BizX modules, Platform Administration, etc. are highly desirable. Experience or knowledge of SAP Business Transformation Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to integrate and extend SAP SuccessFactors functionality is advantageous. 3 to 4 years, proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession and Development, Compensation and Learning. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or Equivalent experience. Experience or knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules such as Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll is advantageous.
