Job Description: The position will give the successful candidate wide ranging exposure to the investment and retirement industry. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Head of our Smoothed Bonus Centre of Excellence, assisting the team in meeting their objectives in terms of profitability and growth while driving innovation and client centricity. Job Responsibilities: Preparation or checking of communication to clients Assist the team with the development and implementation of new solutions, including research and idea testing and enhancing existing solutions Provide effective and timeous management information Work closely with the business head to provide specialised proposals and client feedback Document changes to existing business processes when relevant to implementation Provide technical product support to distribution teams (including competitor analysis) Over time, deliver presentations to existing clients and new business pitches to prospective clients Job Requirements: Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage several different projects concurrently and deliver on all of them Demonstration of living the company’s values - being Collaboration, Care, Innovation and Integrity Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to use initiative and work independently Proactive and self-starter
