Job Description: The Senior Auditor for the Claims and Retail Insurance Audit Team is responsible for conducting in-depth audits and assessments of short-term commercial and personal insurance processes. This role involves analyzing complex data and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Job Responsibilities: Independently plan, execute, and document audits and assessments. Audit Execution Analyze complex insurance processes and identify areas of improvement. Implement routines to get to know/become an expert in various business processes (e.g., spend time in business & and with users). Lead the audit process for business areas. Proactively build relationships and apply audit techniques to elicit and validate business product needs. Job Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance industry auditing Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Technical claims and underwriting experience advantageous Strong knowledge of South African insurance regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Diploma or degree in Audit, Business, Finance, or a related field
