Job Description:
Ensure that key business objectives are met with regards to marketing expenditure through end-to-end managing, reporting, forecasting and analysis of publicity for the entire VSA including the Budget, forecast process, and long-range plan together with the Brand and Comms managing executive and team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and consolidate Publicity inputs for all the forecast cycles
- Interface with the business partnering teams on a monthly basis to identify the risks and opportunities across all lines on their ZBB details and overall building of the narrative for F4G
- Manage interface, delivery, and reporting deadlines & requirements for month ends presentations and commentary
- Assure synchronization of the segment’s functional plans whilst maintaining the accurate phasing of the publicity budget to be in line with campaign rollouts
- Prepare and share Publicity reports monthly
- Stakeholders that receive these reports are EHODs, ME’s, Chiefs, FD, MD, and Vodafone
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of systems and integration thereof into ERP
- B Comm Accounting or equivalent relevant qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of experience (at least 3 years in Telecom industry)
- Good knowledge of cost management.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
