Job Description:

Ensure that key business objectives are met with regards to marketing expenditure through end-to-end managing, reporting, forecasting and analysis of publicity for the entire VSA including the Budget, forecast process, and long-range plan together with the Brand and Comms managing executive and team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and consolidate Publicity inputs for all the forecast cycles
  • Interface with the business partnering teams on a monthly basis to identify the risks and opportunities across all lines on their ZBB details and overall building of the narrative for F4G
  • Manage interface, delivery, and reporting deadlines & requirements for month ends presentations and commentary
  • Assure synchronization of the segment’s functional plans whilst maintaining the accurate phasing of the publicity budget to be in line with campaign rollouts
  • Prepare and share Publicity reports monthly
  • Stakeholders that receive these reports are EHODs, ME’s, Chiefs, FD, MD, and Vodafone

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of systems and integration thereof into ERP
  • B Comm Accounting or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • 5 – 8 years of experience (at least 3 years in Telecom industry)
  • Good knowledge of cost management.
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
