Job Description: Responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Job Requirements: Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper criteria i.e. minimum experience and competency requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a sales outbound call centre. Minimum 30 Personal Lines Short-term Insurance credits Solid out-bound call centre experience and skills Consistent target achievement Solid sales track record.
