Job Description: This is a senior development role including design of specifications, coding, implementation, testing, data conversion and documentation and system enhancements. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Job Responsibilities: Analysis and design of new systems and enhancements. Co-ordinates time and priorities to ensure that goals are met. Understand the big picture in which business operates. Includes providing technical coaching/guidance to other Engineers. Advises and drives implementation of best practices and plays a leading role in engineering community of practice. Assists Funtionals and Solution Designer to translate strategic and operational decisions into technical solutions.
