Job Description:
Accountable for first line Leadership and Management of Team members to enable execution of work within specified roles and responsibilities. Develop expertise and skills; motivate and deliver frontline team results such as Safety, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Cost.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure maximum task quality and efficiency, and overall effective use of equipment.
- Ensure effective execution of operations/maintenance activities.
- Manage and control costs.
- Planning, control, and management of operations/maintenance activity.
- During emergency situations, evaluate the abnormalities and take corrective action as to avoid downtime, equipment damage and/or SHERQ incidents.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Membership
- High School / School Diploma or similar
- Experience: 8+ relevant years
- Occupational Trade Qualification/Certificate
- Certifications
