Job Description:

Accountable for first line Leadership and Management of Team members to enable execution of work within specified roles and responsibilities. Develop expertise and skills; motivate and deliver frontline team results such as Safety, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Cost.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maximum task quality and efficiency, and overall effective use of equipment.
  • Ensure effective execution of operations/maintenance activities.
  • Manage and control costs.
  • Planning, control, and management of operations/maintenance activity.
  • During emergency situations, evaluate the abnormalities and take corrective action as to avoid downtime, equipment damage and/or SHERQ incidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional Membership
  • High School / School Diploma or similar
  • Experience: 8+ relevant years
  • Occupational Trade Qualification/Certificate
  • Certifications
