Job Description:

This role exists at the intersection of network performance statistics, business and software automation. The primary goal of this position is to ensure we deliver a world-class network to our customers by discovering actionable patterns in data and using that to support to our internal and external stakeholders in driving operational efficiency across our network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical support for external teams on cross-functional network performance projects.
• Help us progress from Descriptive & Diagnostic Analytics to Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics.
• Support our development strategy of build-once and deploy many times across our partner markets.
• Support and development towards Management, Engineering and Operational teams to drive up network quality.
• Ensuring end-to-end reporting of Radio Access Network (RAN) network performance from various sources, as well as drive continual improvement thereof.
• Use automation in our deliverables wherever possible.

Job Requirements:

• SQL – essential
• IBM COGNOS REPORT STUDIO
• 3 years relevant telecommunications network performance experience
• 3-year Degree or Diploma in either Information Systems, Mathematical Statistics, Data Science, Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
• Relational Database experience (this role uses Oracle database systems extensively)
