Job Description: Responsible for ensuring that good quality wine is produced for retail purposes. Responsible for the supervision of cellar operations including harvesting, bulk wine, barrels, bottling preparation, sanitation, and cellar organization and cleanliness. Job Responsibilities: Management of wine quality control and cellar hygiene Building strong interpersonal relationships with key recipients in collaboration with Administration Manager Ensure competitive products and services. Finance and Budget and Asset management Procurement and contracting of grapes Manage strategic goals of the Wine Cellar Job Requirements: Willingness to work overtime when required, especially during harvest season. BSc Degree / Agricultural Diploma with Viticulture and Oenology or similar qualification. Medically fit Minimum of 5-8 years' experience Code 10 driver's license Sober habits Wine Industry background with an understanding of local and international market
