Job Description: Liaising with project teams to advise their future statutory and planning obligations to ensure compliance obligations and timing are known and met Job Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring statutory obligations are met for all prospecting and mining titles, including the coordination of fees and other critical payments Receiving, registering, distributing, and monitoring of all legal documents and correspondence relating to mineral rights Accurately maintain the Landfolio database with respect to mineral rights obligations Able to liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure compliance reports are submitted to the Regulator on time Assisting with due diligence for mineral rights acquisition and maintenance Compiling and submitting new mining/prospecting rights applications according to legislative requirements Job Requirements: Five plus years of applied professional experience in similar role Advanced mineral and property rights knowledge Relevant degree in LLB, Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or similar field Trimble Landfolio System Fair knowledge of Mining, Environmental and Property Law Ability to initiate and build long-term trust relations with all stakeholders in the business
