Job Description: To provide end-to-end system Support as well as event support in Auditoriums and remotely on Blue Jeans / MS teams Live and to ensure a wide range of integrated audiovisual and video conferencing technologies are maintained at all of the client sites that have been specified. Job Responsibilities: Conducting off site and onsite testing and configuration. To collaborate closely with the programmer, and the client, in order to establish and share the brief for the control systems. Delivering system training to end users when newly installed systems are introduced To work through software control systems to identify programming snags. Perform maintenance visits, on-going technical support and providing advice and information to colleagues in the support team. (Preventative maintenance is done daily and weekly) Job Requirements: IT Network knowledge: an understanding of AV and VC systems’ integration with existing IT systems is essential. (Such as MS teams and Office 365) A positive attitude, a ‘can-do’, ‘team first’ approach to your work Skills and experience that make you proficient in commissioning modern audio, videoconferencing and AV systems as well as the support of the systems thereafter A proven track record in field-based audiovisual commissioning tasks, maintenance and operation. An understanding of the end-to-end complexities of an audiovisual and video installation project.
