Surveillance Controller

Job Description:

The monitoring of communication and surveillance devices and to dispatch the necessary resources to process the situation quickly & efficiently. This work is done via the use of radio networks, telephones, mobile & PC devices, as well as devices for overwatch CCTV and LPR camera monitoring – to prevent and/or respond to any incidents requiring security intervention.

Job Responsibilities:

• To communicate fluently, clearly, and professionally with the client-base and internal and external resources covering the client patrols, our responses, and third-party emergency services.

• Must have report writing skills
• Grade C Minimum
• Literate in English (Written & Verbal)
• Matric
• Telephone etiquette
