Job Description:
Provide application system and user support in line with services offerings and the Group IT Operating model.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop user guides for system solution training
- Perform system changes and enhancements
- Perform processes documentation and reviews
- Performs system testing
- Provide user support for logged problems and information requests
- Developing Solutions using tools like SAS, SAP BW, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBi but not limited
- Monitor the status of the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) on daily basis
Job Requirements:

- 3 years’ Experience in Information Technology

- National Diploma in Information Technology/Systems at NQF 6 with 240
