Job Description: Provision of support to other systems such as eCareers, KPA data base and Compensation Management Database. Job Responsibilities: Directs and controls the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel. Manage the initial processing of the council approved structures/organogram of the municipality. Provide statistical information and reporting such as Scarce Skills, OFO Codes and any other statistics as may be required. Responsible for maintaining the system. Job Requirements: Computer Literacy. 3 Years relevant experience. Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management or Public Administration or Public Management or Office Management and Technology or Business Administration or Business Management or Work-study or Operations Management or equivalent. Valid motor vehicle driving license.
