Job Description:
Provision of support to other systems such as eCareers, KPA data base and Compensation Management Database.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directs and controls the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel.
- Manage the initial processing of the council approved structures/organogram of the municipality.
- Provide statistical information and reporting such as Scarce Skills, OFO Codes and any other statistics as may be required.
- Responsible for maintaining the system.
Job Requirements:
- Computer Literacy.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management or Public Administration or Public Management or Office Management and Technology or Business Administration or Business
- Management or Work-study or Operations Management or equivalent.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
