Job Description: Coordinate day-to-day team of knowledge workers, i.e. work with team, are not accountable for management in terms of: people, process, technology, budget. Contribute to managerial decision making. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that the Agent Sales follow the sales process by monitoring their telephone conversations and underwriting rules. Address all non-adherence directly with the individual concerned by putting corrective measures, as coaching in place. Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards Provide reporting of inbound and outbound calls and maintain standard reporting templates against relevant requirements Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules.
