Job Description:

Coordinate day-to-day team of knowledge workers, i.e. work with team, are not accountable for management in terms of: people, process, technology, budget. Contribute to managerial decision making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Agent Sales follow the sales process by monitoring their telephone conversations and underwriting rules.
  • Address all non-adherence directly with the individual concerned by putting corrective measures, as coaching in place.
  • Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards
  • Provide reporting of inbound and outbound calls and maintain standard reporting templates against relevant requirements
  • Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • Coordinating sales operations
  • ¬†Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
  • Completed NQF 5
  • Implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently
  • Completed RE5
  • Developing the sales team, previous experience in managing a team
