Job Description: Responsible for leading the HR POCLAC – involved in providing recommendations and decision making on all asset related matters, including, agreeing to target state versus transition state (technical debt) decisions aligned to enterprise aspirations (including pan-African, Africa Representation Offices and Offshore entities). Job Responsibilities: Lead the portfolio of assets, leading the POCLAC - accountable for the final decision making on all asset related matters, including, agreeing to target state versus transition state (technical debt) decisions aligned to enterprise aspirations (including pan-African, Africa Representation Offices and Offshore entities) Define, maintain, and communicate the asset maturation strategy and roadmap in response to journey, asset and business needs. Ensure alignment and achievement of strategy and create a competitive advantage by translating the Nedbank and business strategy into an asset strategy. Develop and introduce a people strategy that will create a culture that drives the cluster and Nedbank's vision and values. Build a sustainable high-performance team by developing modernised skill sets. Assist in realising the commercial goals of the organisation.
