Job Description: To build on our current telematics platform and enhance the features running with technical projects from end to end including design and implementation of the solutions. You will also be required to analyse large amounts of data to find key business value and insights. Job Responsibilities: Work in a team environment Apply big data techniques to analyse large amounts of telematics data to provide key business insights Spec technical requirements for new features on the telematics system Run with technical telematics projects from end to end Communicate effectively and manage technical telematics supplier teams Perform root cause analysis on malfunctioning systems Design hardware and write software and firmware to enhance features on our telematics and loT systems Job Requirements: Proficient knowledge of relational databases Matric Experience working with MCUs and embedded firmware development Understanding of software engineering principles and coding practices Proficient in a scripting language - preferably python BSc Engineering / Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic, Electrical) Understanding of OOP concepts
