Job Description:
The above position is available at the KZN Branch, reporting to the National Transport Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to perform a full Management function and to control a fleet of the company vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Capex and asset requirements.
- Maintain and control fleet register.
- Investigations and control over vehicle accidents, relevant repairs claim etc.
- Adhere to all requirements as specified in the company transport policies and procedure manual.
- Attending Daily / Weekly meeting with Senior Management.
- Control of mechanical workshop and technical staff.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience and full knowledge of large fleet vehicle management.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of the SAP system.
- Strong Excel knowledge is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Grade 12
