Job Description: To lead, manage and give direction to all Sales activities within the Inland Region in order to deliver on the short term and long-term targets of revenue, gross margin, fixed costs, working capital and customer satisfaction, within a framework of safety and compliance. Job Responsibilities: Deliver on gross margin targets for all product lines and customers in designated geographic regions. Deliver on sales volume targets across all product lines and across designated geographic regions of responsibility. Deliver on pricing targets for product lines and across designated geographic regions, measures against competitive benchmarks. Deliver on revenue targets across all product lines and customers and across designated geographic regions of responsibility. Deliver on market share targets for all product lines across designated geographic region. Contribute to meeting working capital targets: reduction of DSO and inventory management and demand forecast accuracy. Job Requirements: Experience: 9+ relevant years University Bachelors Degree
