Job Description: Invitation to serve on the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) of the Ethekwini Municipality and its Municipal Entities. Job Responsibilities: Compliance with relevant Legislation; Corporate Governance; Adequacy, reliability and accuracy of financial reporting and information; Examine and Review the Annual Financial Statements before final approval; Infrastructure and Built environment; Any other issues referred to by the Municipality; Performance Evaluation; Job Requirements: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Built Environment and advanced knowledge and experience functioning in Built Environment such as professional engineer or related area . Extensive Leadership and experience of serving in an Audit Committee. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure Delivery management system and related ISO standards on asset management.
